Tesco Car Park, Donobate, Ireland

A conventional two-part GRC system had been specified and installed on the earlier phases of this project. However, excessive breakages and slow installation speed forced the contractor to seek an alternative system to complete the final phase of the project.

Tesco Store, Coonagh Cross, Ireland

Originally designed with a small concrete channel drain system, Gatic Slotdrain was selected for use on this new store due to the fact that it offered a much simpler drainage layout that required only a minimal number of outlets and carrier pipes.

Glasgow Fort Retail Park

Gatic UniSlot was used throughout this major retail development in Glasgow. In the car parks, the 3m long channels were set to a slight radius, allowing them to follow the contours of the curved car park layout. Long runs of high capacity channels also enabled the designers to significantly reduce the amount of underground pipe required in all areas of the project.

Primepoint 14, Stafford.

The extensive external surface areas surrounding these very large warehouse units created some interesting challenges for the designers who needed to keep the drainage system as shallow as possible, whilst ensuring that the hydraulic characteristics were sufficient in terms of capacity and self cleansing velocity.

Fairline Boats, Oundle.

At Fairline Boats new car park in Oundle, the client insisted upon a drainage system that would be extremely robust and one that would require minimal, yet simple cleaning maintenance.

The clients requirements were entirely fulfilled through the specification and high quality installation of Gatic UltraSlot set within a full concrete surround.
