The Glenmore Business Park, Ashford

The consulting engineers preferred Gatic Unislot and specified it for its hydraulic performance and simplicity in design, whilst the contractor found the system quicker and easier to install and overall saved time and cost on the project.

Aldi Distribution Centre, Naas, Ireland.

The surface finish selected for this project was heavy duty, machine laid block paving. To complement the paved surface areas, the client required a neat, yet robust drainage system that would only require minimal cleaning maintenance. In addition to this, to prevent future localised settlement in the block surface, the designers wanted to minimize the use of underground pipe buried below the paved surface. The high capacity UniSlot channels provided sufficient capacity to collect and convey all of the surface water run-off without any requirement for underground pipes below the paving.

Primepoint 14, Stafford.

The extensive external surface areas surrounding these very large warehouse units created some interesting challenges for the designers who needed to keep the drainage system as shallow as possible, whilst ensuring that the hydraulic characteristics were sufficient in terms of capacity and self cleansing velocity.

Manor Park, Runcorn.

On this new development of industrial units, the service yards were relatively small and as a result would be subject to routine and intensive heavy goods vehicle movement.
