Norman Road Retail Park, Ashford

This site had particular problems with levels and tying into existing drainage. We were approached by the engineers to assist in the design and drainage layout using Gatic Unislot.

Lombardy Retail Park, Hayes

The client for this project was against using traditional channels and gratings. Past experience of loose/missing gratings and high lifetime cost meant they were looking for an alternative solution.
The consulting engineers have specified Unislot before and were impressed with the feedback from the contractor on the ease of installation which prompted them to specify Gatic Slotdrain again on this major retail park near Heathrow.

Princesshay, Exeter

Following a number of successful installations on previous pedestrian schemes, Devon County Council Highways department had no hesitation in using Gatic Slotdrain on their latest project at Princesshay in the centre of Exeter.
The Slotdrain provides an extremely effective, yet discreet method of drainage that blends in neatly with the variety of paving blocks used on this scheme.

Tesco Store, Coonagh Cross, Ireland

Originally designed with a small concrete channel drain system, Gatic Slotdrain was selected for use on this new store due to the fact that it offered a much simpler drainage layout that required only a minimal number of outlets and carrier pipes.

Glasgow Fort Retail Park

Gatic UniSlot was used throughout this major retail development in Glasgow. In the car parks, the 3m long channels were set to a slight radius, allowing them to follow the contours of the curved car park layout. Long runs of high capacity channels also enabled the designers to significantly reduce the amount of underground pipe required in all areas of the project.
